Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please respect our time.  By booking our classes or consultations, you are reserving a place and time slot that other clients then cannot take.  Our classes are also limited in size to ensure quality and optimal learning.
 

We ask that you check your schedule carefully prior to booking any of our classes or consultations to ensure you can make the commitment to attend.
 

Private one-on-one behavioural consultations

A minimum of 72-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a consultation.

If less than 72-hours notice is given, the full fee will be charged.
 

NO SHOW (You do not turn up and you do not notify us)

If you do not turn up and don't tell us you are not coming (min 72 hours notice), you will be charged the full fee.  Please be respectful of our time.
 

Group Dog Training Classes

A minimum of 7-days notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.

A 25% administration fee will be charged to cancel or reschedule a class.

If less than 7-days notice is given, the full fee will be charged.

If the class has already started the full fee will be charged.

If you miss a class, the full fee will be charged for that missed class.
 

Assessments

A minimum of 72-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an assessment.

If less than 72-hours notice is given, the full fee will be charged.

 

REQUEST FOR A REFUND

Please notify Dogaholics of your request for a refund in writing and email to info@dogaholics.com.au

Please ensure you have read our cancellation fees policy prior to requesting a refund.

 

Our gift vouchers are non refundable and non transferable.
